The flower bouquets, floral arrangements and other products presented on the website can be purchased both online, directly on the website, and by phone at 0755 138 138 or by email at comenzi@purpleflowers.ro.
ONLINE ORDER
The online flower shop gives you the opportunity to order directly on the website any product displayed in the categories listed in the menu bar or in other places where they are displayed on the website.
To place an online order you must:
- choose the desired product;
- read the specifications, the product description, observe its price and availability;
- if the product is right for you, select the delivery date, preferred delivery time, add a message and extra options if you want and add the product to the basket;
- at this point you can complete the order as an unregistered user or create an account;
- complete the billing data;
- fill in the delivery data;
- fill in any other comments you have for us;
- select the payment method;
- read the List of Terms and Conditions and check that you have read this list and that you agree with the mentioned clauses;
- press the button to complete the order
You will receive an email confirming the placed order, in which the status of the order is “Pending”.
After receiving the order confirmation by email, the customer has the obligation to carefully check all the information and to immediately notify us of any errors that may have occurred. If you have selected the payment method: Online payment by card, you will also receive a payment confirmation email from our partner EuPlatesc.ro (EuroPayment Services SRL).
After delivery, you will receive an email in which the status of the order will be “Complete” (ie, the order has been delivered) and an email with the invoice related to the order. The time of sending the order status change email may be different from the actual time of delivery. We reserve the right to change the status of the order in 1 to 72 hours after delivery.
ORDER BY PHONE
Any of the products presented on the website can be ordered by phone at phone number 0040 755 138 138 or at other phone numbers displayed on the website. Our operators are ready to answer all your questions. After receiving the order confirmation by email, the customer has the obligation to carefully check all the information and immediately notify our employees of any errors that may have occurred. ORDER CONFIRMATION
The order confirmation / Proforma Invoice together with the unique order number (Order ID) will be sent to customers only by email with each new order placed on the www.purpleflowers.ro website.
The customer has the obligation to check any information provided in the order and to notify us if certain errors have occurred in the information provided. Any notification (in writing by email or by phone) will be made by mentioning the unique order number received. In this case, customers will receive the updated Order Confirmation by email.
