Cycas revoluta, also known as the Japanese Sago Palm, is an ancient species of the Cycadaceae family, originating in the tropical and subtropical regions of Japan, China and Malaysia. This plant has an impressive lifespan of up to 100 years. There are about 15 species of the genus Cycas in the world, and Cycas revoluta is the only one suitable for growing as a houseplant because of its adaptable and aesthetic characteristics.

This product is perishable and cannot be returned. This product only feeds our soul, it is not intended for human consumption.

Care recommendations and information about Japanese Sago Palm

Light. This plant thrives best when placed in a bright, sunny area indoors. From May to October, it can be placed in the garden, benefiting from semi-shade. In summer, when placed outside, it can withstand temperatures between 24-30 °C, while in winter it needs lower temperatures, around 16-18 °C.

Watering must be done in such a way that the soil stays cool. In general, it can be watered once a week or every two weeks. In the winter months it is recommended that watering is done sparingly, allowing the substrate surface to dry between waterings. Also, in the warm season or when the air is dry, it is recommended to spray the leaves with non-liming water once a day.

Fertilization is done during the growing season with specific fertilizers, enriched with microelements.

Delivery is free for orders over 100 lei or 19 lei for orders under 100 lei.

The delivery schedule is M-F: 10:00 – 21:00, S-S: 10:00 – 19:00, in busy periods (Name Days/ March 1-8) it can be extended until 23:00.

Between March 1-8, both in Bucharest and in the province, we cannot guarantee the delivery date regardless of when the order is placed. Although we can process a very large volume of orders, during this period deliveries can be made 1-2 days late.
