Delivery is done by our employees or by a specialized courier to the address specified by the customer in the check-out page or products may be lifted from the Purple Flowers Workshop.
Delivery will be made in the day you selected in the checkout form. Some products can be delivered only in Bucharest and surrounding areas while some products can be delivered anywhere in Romania. This information will be mentioned on each product page.
10.1 TERMS AND DELIVERY PROGRAM
Any order can be delivered in Bucharest and surrounding areas, in 4-6 hours after payment confirmation, or in minimum 24-48 hours anywhere in Romania. This time interval is only indicative, during busy periods – Easter, Christmas, 1st-8th of March, name Days – we can only guarantee orders placed at least 24 hours in advance.
The delivery schedule is from 10:00 to 21:00 – Monday to Friday and 10:00 – 19:00 Saturday and Sunday.
The delivery schedule can be modified in some periods of the year (1-8 of March, Christmas, New Year and other holidays).
Any orders paid till 17:00 can be delivered the same day.
Any orders placed after 18:00 will be delivered the next day.
Some deliveries may be delayed or canceled in terms of force majeure or in very busy time of year (Valentine’s Day, March 1 to 8, Easter, Christmas, Name-days, etc.)
10.2 SHIPPING COST
The delivery IS FREE. For deliveries outside Bucharest there can exist a delivery cost if the address is not covered by the courier company contracted.
In certain cases, the Company may decide to charge a particular delivery. The customer will be informed before the order is processed. The order will be processed after the customer accepts and will pay the delivery cost.
10.3 SPECIAL DELIVERY CONDITIONS
SUNTIME EVENTS SRL is not responsible for delivery failed / delayed from lack recipient at the time of delivery, to the address provided by the sender. Because of flowers perishability we do not answer for depreciation / wilting products due to the extension of the delivery time due to a delivery address incorrectly provided by the client, postponing or rerouting requested by the client or recipient, postponement or redirection arising out of lack recipient from address.
In the event that access to the recipient is restricted (keeper, checkpoint, recipient hospitalized, etc.) and the courier is not allowed access to the recipient, or if the recipient is absent at the address, the parcel can be received by a third party (concierge, receptionist, neighbor, relative, colleague, etc.) if this person will sign for the shipment. In these circumstances the order will be considered delivered.
If no other person who has access to the recipient does not want to sign for receipt or the recipient is not present at the address and cannot be found by phone, the courier will return to the maximum of two more times. If the recipient is not found after 3 attempts, SUNTIME EVENTS SRL cannot be blamed for the failure of delivery and the customer will be notified of this situation, and will tell us how he wants to proceed. The product can be destroyed, or can be delivered on demand to a new address. SUNTIME EVENTS SRL is not liable if its product degrades due to transportation by courier for two days. The customer may request for a fee, refreshing arrangement where appropriate. The amount needed for refreshing the arrangement shall be communicated to the client’s request. If we are unable to make contact with the customer through the communication channels previously used, the product will remain at our Workshop pending for 2 days. After expiry of this period, the product will be destroyed and the order will be considered completed.
If the recipient refuses shipment, SUNTIME EVENTS SRL cannot be blamed for the delivery failure and the customer will be notified of this situation, and will tell us how he wants to proceed. The product can be destroyed, or can be delivered on demand to a new address. If we are unable to make contact with the customer through the communication channels previously used, the product will remain at our Workshop pending for 2 days. After expiry of this period, the product will be destroyed and the order will be considered completed.
Our company does not assume any obligation if the delivery cannot be made in case of extreme weather situations (Code Yellow / Code Red / Code Orange) or with limited access to address. The expedition of the order in question may be postponed or redirected to a new address with delivery within 24 hours.
Because there are some very busy periods in a year (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, March 1 to 8, Easter and other holidays) please schedule in advance orders made around this time of year. SUNTIME EVENTS SRL reserves the right to change the delivery date for the orders placed in these times of the year, but only with clients notice of this fact in advance. In case we fail to contact you through the channels used in previous communication with you, we believe that we have your consent by default.
Successful delivery depends very largely on the accuracy of data provided to us (name and address, phone number, date and scheduling of delivery etc.).
There cannot be considered undelivered / incorrect delivery / wilted commodity / commodity broken any order under one of the above categories. We are committed to offer in the shortest time details of the status of deliveries to our customers when we requested and to do everything possible to facilitate the delivery of orders.
Any redirection of a product to a new address caused by any of the above situations and requested by the client, is only made following the payment of a transport fee of 25 lei / delivery address, regardless of the value order.
If the order is delivered, under the signature of the referred recipient or of another person at the address at the date agreed by both parties, then the company is exonerated from any penalties, fines or returns for any situations arising later.
10.4 ANONYMOUS DELIVERY
Orders placed on www.purpleflowers.ro mentioning being delivered anonymously will not be disclosed to the recipient except in exceptional cases, at the request of authorities or following customer agreement.
The recipient of the package can be contacted by phone before delivery, to validate the address and time of delivery, but not communicating what is to receive, using the general term “package”. Also, the recipient will not receive any information that could alow him to identify the customer.
